These days teens spend a lot of their time on their phones. But what are they on? Easy, they are usually texting, playing games, or they are on social media like Snapchat or Instagram. But sometimes they do it too much and bad things happen so how would you know?

Social media can be bad for you in many ways. For example, people can hack into other people’s accounts, and then they can access their private information. Also, social media can ruin what you think is good about yourself like your appearance or how smart you are. Social media can also distract you from what needs to be done like finishing homework or doing your chores. It could also be bad for your body because going on social media too much could distract you from your sleep. Being on social media too much can cause you to have anxiety or depression. According to psychologytoday.com, social media can affect your emotions; the more you are on the screen, the madder you will become. This can be fixed by going out with your friends or just being outside in the fresh air. Lastly, social media can cause jealousy, and it can make you want more things.

Now you why social media is bad for you, and now you can fix it! Let’s have a quick review: Too much social media can cause depression or anxiety. Also, social media can affect how you feel about yourself. Now you can stop the negative effects of social media! know how to stop it.

Roblox, Roblox, Roblox. Is it me or is someone keep saying "Roblox?" Roblox is a game. Actually, I can say it’s one game with TRILLIONS of games in it.

Roblox is an online game platform and game creation system that allows users to program games and play games created by other users. Founded by David Baszucki and Erik Cassel in 2004, this game was released in 2006. More than 99.9 MILLION people start playing this game everyday! 😮 Roblox is also a WORLD-like Earth where you have money, but in this case, Roblox money is called “Robux.” In order to have Robux, you must pay real money. It’s your choice though. You don’t HAVE to buy Robux, most of the games are free on Roblox.

What is the point of the game you may ask. Well, the point of Roblox is for entertainment, and a hobby, something you can do when you’re bored. This game is meant for anyone around the world! People play this game for entertainment. People play it once, and BAM! You’re addicted!

If you have made an unauthorized purchase or have done anything against Roblox rules, you may get banned or have your account get deleted.

On Roblox, you can customize your avatar, play games, and do millions of fun things. 😃Also, on Roblox, there is something called “friending people.” If you have a friend who also plays this game, you can add them to your friends list. That way, you will be able to join a game if they are playing one. You have to be careful when you friend people though. Friending random people can lead to hacking.

Even though I told you about the good parts of Roblox, Roblox CAN be risky. You may get scammed, bullied, or you may have been cursed by someone. ANYTHING can happen in this game. Even grown-ups play this. No matter what, in this game, NEVER, EVER, share your information, even if someone is nice to you, they are still a stranger.

This game is meant for ANYONE! Play this if you’d like. I’m definitely addicted to this game. I love playing it and I don’t mind playing 24/7!
