Now we all know that most teenagers have phones and they use them a lot. Sometimes they use it because they need it and sometimes because they want it. Entertainment is good, but sometimes teens do it for several hours. Some reasons they need their phones are for calling or messaging their parents, reading articles or books, and even taking pictures.

Teenagers also use their phones because they want them. Some reasons they want their phones are because they want to play games, use social media, text their friends funny things, look at memes, and much more stuff that isn’t necessary but for entertainment.

Little kids in elementary school usually use it because they want it to play games and watch YouTube or Netflix.

All people want phones. Although at a young age you might do something bad with your phone and never get one again. To get a new phone you yourself might have to earn all that money. Do you think a child under the age of 11 should have a phone? If so I disagree.

Children under 11 are not as mature, even me. Children under 11 can lose their phones. Kids can also break their phones. Also kids might forget their password and never get in their phone again. All the reasons that I said will cause a parent to buy a new phone for their kids, and that is wasting money. Maybe you will end up buying your

child 5 phones. Who knows?

If your child loses her or his phone, the parents won’t be happy. Then the child might not ever get a phone ever again. As a child, you don’t want that, do you? Losing your phone is okay if you have it returned. If you don’t get your phone back, that is a terrible problem. If you lose your phone, you probably won’t even have the confidence to tell your parents.

If you lose your phone, you will want to know who took your phone and especially how. That is why kids should not have phones.
