Sunday Message – August 16, 2021

Good Evening Southeast Middle Families,

This is Shalonda Simoneaux, principal of SE Middle. We are so proud of our Southeast Cougar Students who completed the 1st 3 days of school with PRIDE -Pride, Respect, Intelligence, Discipline, Enthusiasm!!!!! Thank you to our administration, faculty and staff, who all contributed to being 1st day ready for our students. We are ready to move forward to our first full week and we ask that our parents support us by making sure all our students are on in the proper uniform, all school supplies needed, have all fees paid, and make it to school ready to learn.

This week we will continue to distribute Chromebooks to our 7th and 6th grade students. Our 8th grades received Chromebooks Friday and we expect them to be great role models for our other students on how Cougars treat their Chromebooks. In case of COVID-19 concerns or issues, please continue to contact our office staff for assistance. Parents Save the Date for our Open House Tuesday, August 31st, and we look forward to sending out more information about sports, clubs, and other student activities we have planned for our students this year. Thank you for your feedback on carpool and bus dismissal, we will continue to improve our efficiency in both areas.
