You will have to take a profile photo of someone. You can direct someone else to photograph you. It does need to be a person, not an animal, and not a celebrity.

It's ideal if you can print this out.  If you can't that's okay, but I really recommend turning it black and white. 

Yes, I do expect you to watch the entire thing, just not all in one go. You watch it in sections. Watch a step, pause it, do the step yourself, and then press play. You may even rewind as needed.
