LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP: Eunice Richmond Scholarship - Due March 21 Seniors - Do you have a 3.0 or higher grade point average and plan to go into education, agriculture or the medical field related fields? You should be applying for the Eunice Richmond Scholarship by Friday, March 21. It's a local scholarship!

WIU - Open House for School of Law Enforcement & Justice Admin. Western Illinois University is having a Spring Open House for the School of Law Enforcement and Justice Administration on Wednesday, April 2 from 9-2. If you are interested in crime scene sketching, paramedic & EMT demonstrations, polygraph demonstrations and more, fill out a pre arranged form and take a college day to investigate the possibilities. Each of the 9 demonstration sessions last 45 minutes.

Career Day The 182nd Airlift Wing is hosting a Career Exploration Day at their facility on Tuesday, April 15th 9am-1:30pm. This is open to any high school student interested in learning about military and civilian career paths and will include local businesses such as OSF Healthcare, BTD Manufacturing, Uftring Auto Group, Summit Salon Academy, and more. Students must RSVP by Mar. 24th. Please see one of the flyers posted around the building or in the counselor's office for the registration QR code.

Illinois College to Career Exploration - college Fair w/ 12 public universities Juniors - On Thursday, April 3 from 1-4 there will be a College Fair in Springfield with all 12 Illinois public universities. Check in begins at 12:30 with a College Choice Panel Discussion. College Fair with Admissions and Degree Program Professionals will follow and the day's festivities will end with Financial Aid and Paying for College from 3:00-3:30. Students attending will need to fill out a green pre-arranged form for a college visit.

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Scholarship - March 14 deadline African Am., Asian Am., Latino (a) Am., Native Am., and Pacific Islander seniors with a 2.75 GPA or higher need to apply for the Delta Sigma Theta Scholarship. Don't miss out on this opportunity with a deadline of March 14. That is the very LAST day to submit so maybe complete requirements EARLY.

Ralph Kress Scholarship - Mechanical Engineering Majors If you are a senior majoring in Mechanical Engineering in the fall, you need to apply for the Ralph Kress Scholarship to possibly earn a $2,500 scholarship. Apply now so you don't miss the April deadline.
