PSAT/NMSQT


The PSAT/NMSQT is an optional exam that may be taken Junior year of high school. Dunlap is not offering the test to sophomores this year. This year's testing date is TBA, but will be during the morning half of a school day. The test cost is $18.00. Checks can be made out to Dunlap High School and need to be turned into students' individual counselors.


Deadline to register is TBA.


Who should take the PSAT? : Honors and AP students who are interested in taking a Pre-SAT or who want to try to qualify to be a part of the National Merit Scholar competition. There are many scholarships associated with a high PSAT scores, and students who are in the top percentage of examines will be invited to apply for the National Merit Scholar competition.
