Stephen Turban, a Harvard/McKinsey alum and one of the co-founders of Ladder Internships, a selective start-up internship program for talented high school students.  Ladder Internships is a selective start-up internship program for high school students, founded and run by Harvard graduate students. In the program, students work 1-1 with supervisors from top start-ups to work on real-world projects in a real start-up environment. Our companies and supervisors come from Y Combinator, Harvard iLabs, Wharton, Google, Microsoft, and McKinsey & Company.

 LUX Summer Institute for Youth Leadership program led by the Rev. Dr. John Huxtable that’s scheduled July 7-10  at Monmouth College.  This is a great opportunity for current sophomores and juniors. Georgetown University’s Becoming a Surgeon: Skills, Specialties, and Diseases  - Students get a thorough introduction to the skills required to be a surgeon. They take a tour of the operating room and learn the makeup of an OR team. They’ll hear from specialists in the field: from abdominal surgeons to neuro, orthopedic, and plastic surgeons.
