Instructions for Registering with PARCHMENT

TO REGISTER:

1. Go to https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/individual

Complete the account set up options, and then when it instructs you to complete your "profile" (questions like ACT score, GPA, etc.), you'll want to click the Dashboard link top left on the webpage to skip over entering that profile information. 

Note: The profile info is not needed or sent anywhere for any reason.

From your Parchment dashboard, click the big blue plus sign to add DHS as your high school. 

REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT:

1. Go directly to the “Order” box located in the middle of the page and click the green button or plus sign

2. Choose an “academic organization, admission office, business, etc.” and type your destination

·         Academic Destinations – delivers to a college/university (that is not on the Common App)

·         NCAA – delivers to the NCAA Eligibility Center for athletics

·         Myself – delivers to you but you will ALREADY receive a “self-view” of your transcript

·         Other Destination- delivers to a scholarship address or insurance agent (for example)

3. Select the destination that you would like to send your transcript to

4. Make sure Dunlap is your high school listed and select “Send Now” if you are applying to college right now and want your transcript sent right away or if you select “Hold For Grades” your transcript will not be sent until the semester ends in Dec/June

5. Once you hit “Save and Continue” you will need to double check your order on the next screen and hit “Continue” again if everything looks correct

SENIORS - FINAL TRANSCRIPTS

At the end of the year, don't forget to send your final transcripts to the college or univeristy you will be attending next year.

Remember to change your email to a personal account because your @dunlapstudents.net account will not be accessible after graduation!
