Work Permit

Here is the paperwork for a work permit, necessary for 14 and 15 year old's who want to hold a job. Once you get your job, have your employer fill out their section. If needed, your School counselor can provided the documentation required for the Work Permit Application, and a letter of consent if you are working during the school year.

You will then take your paperwork to the courthouse to finalize your permit.

You must go with a parent after 2:30pm on a weekday.
