NCAA Eligibility

Any student interested in participating in college athletics should notify their counselor to ensure they are selecting classes that will help them to be NCAA eligible. 

To check NCAA approved courses for Dunlap High School, please go to the NCAA Eligibility Center website at: www.eligibilitycenter.org . The DHS high school code is 141645.

Also on the NCAA Eligibility Center website are resources to help students track their own progress toward NCAA Eligibility as well as descriptions of what is expected. Only core academic courses count towards NCAA Eligibility: English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Foreign Language. There are slight differences in eligibility for Division I and Division II. Be sure to review the criteria for each Division on the NCAA website.
