Every year Madden NFL,FIFA,EA NHL, and and NBA 2k release new game for $60. Many fans of the game have gotten mad at how there is little to know game play updates in these game. This has led to people saying that you are just paying for a roster update.

How can EA and other companies charge $60 dollars for a game that barely improves game play but updates roster Fully.
Naming rights
EA Pay the NLFPA $50 million dollars to be a officially license video game and $2 million for the rights to use madden name.
Games that are not officially license basically have no chance of selling
League changes and Stadium changes
every year teams move change logo,uniform, and uniforms this means people game get out dated.
Development cost
Like other businesses video game makers need to pay the people that made the game if they can't they could go out of business
What can you do
if you don't want to spend $60 you can wait for them to have a sale or buy service like EA Access to get game off when they come out
