Without makeup a lot of bad things would happen like people losing their jobs, not being able to have the income of money that they would have before causing a lot of people to need assistance.

SUPPLY AND DEMAND:

wWhen there is no longer a demand for makeup, everything starts to crash such as... Makeup companies go out of business which causes one of the highest incomes of money into the economy to decrease (THAT'S A BIG NOO NOO). In the process of the crash there's other things that crash along with makeup companies. Entertainment starts to decrease because people like to watch makeup being done but when makeup is no longer the hottest thing no one wants to watch it which also leads to social media. Social media people become famous for doing makeup and that's how they earn their money and make a living for themselves but when that happens social media is just going to crash as a whole.

Behavioral Economics:

Girls always think that they have to wear makeup to fit in, in today's society. When they start growing up they see others ( like their moms, sisters, cousins, grandmas and, etc...) wearing makeup all the time so they grow up and around 5 years old they start to ask if they can wear makeup. Which says a lot on what we are putting on our future generations.

Incentives:

With makeup incentives are really hard to pull away from like doing makeup is basically an addiction. Some incentives of buying makeup is having those skills to do incredible eye makeup looks. Some people gain popularity and become famous depending on how good they are doing makeup or if they have the highest name brand makeup.
