Please complete the instructions below to access the College network

2. Double click on the Managed Software Centre application

If you do not have Managed Software Centre in your applications folder, please follow the Device Setup instructions and return to this page once completed.

3. Select the Updates option on the left side of the window

4. Select the Update All option above the list of updates that should include the Zscaler App

If the option to update does not appear, please select Check Again and Update

5. The Zscaler Client Connector will install itself onto your device and a pop-up window will appear as below. Enter your full DoW email address and select Log In.

NOTE: If your email account uses the @dowstu address, you will need to use the @dow address FOR THIS PAGE ONLY.

6. Enter your internet username and password, tick Remember me and select Sign In

You will then find the Zscaler app icon on your main menu bar at the top of the screen
