Turn Off - Dictation/Siri

Prior to commencing the NAPLAN examination and throughout testing, all students are expected to turn OFF Dictation and Voice commands on their device.

Turn OFF Dictation

1. Click on the Apple icon on the top left corner of your screen, from the drop-down menu open System Preferences, then select Keyboard

2. Select the Dictation tab

3. Turn Dictation Off

Turn OFF Siri

1. Click on the Apple icon on the top left corner of your screen, from the drop-down menu open System Preferences, then select Siri

2. Uncheck the Enable Siri box
