ANNOTATION
One of the means of verification is the least mastered skills, which is through identifying learners who need remediation. Those identified learners are the ones for the Project Oplan Tutor and Remedial Reading. Grade six teachers discuss the lesson well and clear up some confusion among learners. Teachers provide worksheets and intervention materials to be completed in the classroom. The adviser checks on the progress of the learners who require additional activities for remediation. The assessment helped teachers to identify the number of learners who obtained a lower score and needed remediation. Teachers utilized the assessment data as a basis for instructional decisions and opted to provide additional activities for remediation to cater to the needs of these learners.
