ANNOTATION
During my classroom observation, I’ve made sure to maintain learning environments that promote fairness, respect, and care to encourage learning. I facilitate the efficient delivery of instruction and classroom management that nurtures and inspires learners to participate, cooperate, and collaborate. I established harmonious classroom interaction during lesson delivery by encouraging students to participate by raising their virtual hand button if they want to ask or answer a question, and by typing their response in the message section, especially if their internet connection is poor or they are shy to speak. I always provide step-by-step procedures for classroom activities and explain the rubrics to fairly assess their performance and output. As a teacher, our purpose is not just for the learners to acquire knowledge and skills required in the lesson, but also to develop the interpersonal and intrapersonal abilities of the learners. I always encouraged the students to participate and cooperate by giving them points in the rubrics. I commend students' participation and recognize their output. It is also important to acknowledge individual differences and preferences during classroom lessons and/or group activities. That’s why in my lesson plan sample, I promote group activities based on their multiple intelligence and preferences.
