ANNOTATION
Students learn when they feel safe, secure, engaged, and connected. In this objective, I established safe and secure learning environments throughout my classroom observation by setting clear classroom standards before the beginning of the class. I made sure to consistently implement the classroom rules and routine before the lesson to make sure that it was safe and secure for learners to attend online so that the students would learn the value of respect for others. While every learner wants to enjoy and participate in every aspect of the learning process, adherence to classroom agreed-upon policies, procedures, and guidelines is equally important. Also, before the group activity, it is important to set policies or guidelines because students will not be able to accomplish the objectives or activities set if they do not cooperate with and obey their teachers.
