ANNOTATION
Before the beginning of the class, I developed specific routines to ensure my students would participate, cooperate, and collaborate during the lesson proper. These routines are appropriate to the learning concerns and preferences of my learners in relation to the content of the lesson to be discussed. I prepared differentiated instructions like using interactive classroom tools, drills, real-life scenarios, and group activities to help my learners actively engage in the learning process. My classroom president learner was tasked with assisting their other classmates so that they would not fall behind. I sometimes let my students complete their assigned tasks in the manner in which they understand them, but I guide them accordingly so that they can express their creativity and interdependence. I always acknowledge positively and constructively the output of my students so that they will learn from their mistakes and be able to make good output.
