The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) elevates a school’s commitment to the values of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship and helps middle-level students develop the knowledge and skills to become well-rounded student leaders in their school, community, and beyond.
Eligibility Requirements:
If you were selected to the NJHS last year, you are already a member. Your evaluation process will be to ensure that you are still in good behavior and academic standing.

Must have been enrolled at Denver Christian Middle School for a period equivalent to two quarters.
Must meet a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher for the first two quarters of the school year.
Evaluated based on GPA, service, leadership, character, and citizenship, including attendance, punctuality, and behavioral expectations.

Students falling below the required cumulative average may be placed on probation, potentially resulting in removal from NJHS.

Write an Essay:

You will copy and paste your essay from your document into the Google Form.
Essay is due no later than Friday, January 23rd.
Selection Committee Review (made up of the middle school teachers and staff):
The selection committee will review the essay.
