Activity 1: PAUSE Method: Teaches learners how to slow down, breathe, seek alternatives, and progress in unknown situations.
Activity 2: Oops Cards: Scenario cars that would require a learner to adapt to new circumstances.
Activity 3: How To Scenarios: Group work with learner to devise solutions to issues (writing activity).
Activity 4: Flexi-Word Game: Challenges learners to see puzzles from a different perspective and puts a fun spin on seeing all options.
Activity 5: Focus on Feedback: Partners work together to give positive/constructive feedback on different scenarios.

MM1: More Than One Way: Learners have to find unique methods of movement. (Active; requires a ball of some sort)
MM2: Non-Verbal Communication: Using body cues to help relay messages is a great way to know your body in your space with this activity. (Active)

MM6: Using Feedback: Using performances from the Make It Work, ask other learners to offer constructive feedback to their peers.
