    • Activity 1: How'd You Do That?: Challenge your learners to go into their profession and ask real people real questions. 

    • Activity 2: One Day at a Time: Allowing learners an opportunity to do some reflections while building their skills is a great way to use this activity and build some drive. 

    • Activity 3: Fantastical 'Folios: Many learners don't know how to document their achievements or organize their experiences. This activity allows them to practice making portfolios and getting their things in order.

    • Activity 4: Fantastical 'Folios Fat Resumes: Building resumes is an excellent skill learners need to know. Once you have completed the previous activity - try this one to help build more skills. 

    • Activity 5: Progress Aligned to Effort: Use a mini-PBL to help learners see real world situations play out based on the amount of effort that has been given to them.

    • Activity 6: Personal Growth Professional Log: This activity takes some dedication, but it also helps learners keep a hard copy of their growth over time. It also helps learners reflect on their growth and where they can still improve.

    • MM1: Just Six Words: Learner have a short time to make their six word story about their future, career, or future goals.

    • MM2: Dexterity Games - Avalanche: This game is to test learner's dedication and grit as they work together to accomplish a task. (requires materials)

    • MM3: Dexterity Games - Backflip: No they don't physically have to do a backflip, but how good are they at flipping things, and balancing them? Challenge your learners with this activity. (requires materials)

    • MM4: Famous People with Surprising Career Changes: Looking at a list of famous people you wouldn't believe what they did to get themselves where they are now. Take some time to learn with your learners about grit and dedication to self improvement. 

    • MM5: Portfolio Memory Game: Learners have to use provided materials to make the highest rated portfolio - will they be successful? (requires corresponding materials)
