November 2025: Carlos Conway
English: If there’s a field or a project, Carlos is there! Carlos is everywhere at once, but you’ll mostly find him coaching and mentoring our Pre-K through 3rd-grade soccer teams. He understands that the field is a classroom where our kids learn the "1, 2, 3s" of life: discipline, strategy, and teamwork. When he’s not coaching, he’s applying that same problem-solving mindset to the PTO, constructing whatever structures the Board needs and lending a hand with Dads with Doors. Thanks for your brilliance and your time, Carlos!
Spanish: ¡Si hay una cancha o un proyecto, Carlos está ahí! Carlos está en todas partes a la vez, pero mayormente lo encontrarán entrenando y guiando a nuestros equipos de fútbol de Pre-K a 3er grado. Él entiende que la cancha es un salón de clases donde nuestros pequeños aprenden las bases de la vida: disciplina, estrategia y trabajo en equipo. Cuando no está entrenando, aplica esa misma mentalidad analítica al PTO, construyendo las estructuras que la Junta necesite y apoyando con Dads with Doors. ¡Gracias por tu brillantez y tu tiempo, Carlos!
