🐾 Counseling Update: Minute Meetings
I’m excited to share that 6th grade minute meetings are now 100% complete ✅, and I’m currently working through 5th and 4th grade students.
These short check-ins give me a chance to see how students are doing — academically, socially, and emotionally. The goal is to ensure every child feels seen, heard, and supported. Minute meetings are a normal part of the school year and give students a safe space to share what’s going well and where they might need a little extra encouragement.
💬 How Families Can Partner With Me
Ask your child about their responses.
Preview and discuss any unfamiliar concepts together.
Use these conversations as an opportunity to encourage deeper reflection at home.
Because minute meetings are one-on-one, they take time to complete, and I’ll be continuing this work throughout the next month. Thank you for reinforcing the importance of these conversations and for partnering with me to celebrate each child’s strengths and growth. 💙🐺
