Our department requires hands-on training with recognized industry partners such as hotels, restaurants, and event venues. The students can apply classroom learning in real settings. These internships and practicum visits not only develop technical competence but also foster professional growth, responsibility, wellness, and industry readiness.

He visited 5th Zone Cafe, Viewfort Events and Place, Meshiya Japanese Restaurant (Viewfort), Ben's Halo-Halo, Red Monkey Grill and Restaurant, Boss Kiko, Meshiya Japanese Restaurant (Southwoods), Toyo Cafe, Ferino's Cafe, and Barrio Fiesta Gardens.

Mabuhay! Anne Rhea Ayson, a BHSM intern, was featured in two promotional videos by Parque España Residence Hotel in Alabang, located in Muntinlupa City. Parque España is one of our OJT training centers for this academic year.

Mr. Dan D. Ardemer also visited later that same week at the Meshiya Japanese Restaurant and Viewfort Events Place and Venue to have his internship visit and met their respective supervisors and managers.

The Program Coordinator of the Hospitality Management Program, Dr. Joan Fortuna, recently had a series of internship visitations around Manila and Tagaytay specifically at Bellevue Hotel, Summit Ridge Hotel, Container by Eco, and Cabin by Eco.
She had a conversation with their respective managers, supervisors, and administrators about the performances of the interns and also checked on their wellness.

Mr. Dan D. Ardemer visited the Bistro2101 Cafe in Carmona City and the Summit Ridge Hotel in Tagaytay City this week.
He had a conversation with Mr. Alexis Basinang regarding Bistro2101's training plan and how they manage their interns to learn and get firsthand industry experience. He also had a conversation with Mr. Lynyrd Mulitas, the Summit Ridge Hotel Housekeeping Manager on how the hotel prioritizes their interns' safety and security. Furthermore, they have discussed how Summit Ridge was able to accept a large number of interns and how they managed them to be able to learn industry skills and experiences through shifting and assigning them to leadership roles.
