The registration form is on the CUC website** - adults and young adults can use the main Conference form to register.
Those attending the pre-conference training, associate organization events, or special meals and social events can also register through this form (whether or not you are attending the full Conference). Please select the appropriate options in the first questions, depending on which parts of the CUC Conference or other events you are registering for.

**Wondering why the registration form and CUC Conference info are on two different websites? The CUC is transitioning to a shiny new website that will be easy to navigate and house many useful resources for Canadian Unitarians and newcomers. To keep the CUC Conference information accessible to you through the switch over, we are keeping it here until after the Conference.
