The cheerleading team started the season strong by learning choreography and stunts and building a solid foundation. Their hard work paid off at the first competition, where the team performed a nearly perfect routine, showed school spirit, and looked confident in their new winter uniforms.

Team bonding has also been a focus, with athletes participating in “grows and glows” and a Secret Santa gift exchange. With two new members joining the team, the squad continues to grow and improve. Athletes are also attending tumbling classes to push their skills. The team is excited to compete at Newsday’s CheerFest in January against teams from across Long Island.
