0.7 - Shared Drive Folder and Engineering Notebook

Part 1 - Shared Drive Folder

• Create a Folder in Google Drive.

• Name the Folder FE-X_SY2526_Lastname_Firstname (Replace X with the period you are in and replace last name and first name with your name)

• Share this folder with your teacher. 

• Inside of the folder Create 4 Unit Folders:

  • Unit 1 - Unit 4

Part 2 - Engineering Notebook

• Create a copy of the following document: Engineering1_Design_Notebook_LastName_FirstName

• Rename the document  Engineering1_Design_Notebook_LastName_FirstName (Replace last name and first name with your name)

• Replace the red text with your name in the Title, Header and Footer.

• Share the document with your teacher.

Part 3 -  Google Form with Links

• Review how to create a Shared Link for a drive folder: 0.7a - Create a Shared Link of a Google Drive Folder

• Fill out the following form with a "Shareable Link" for the folder and your Engineering Notebook.

• 0.7 - Shared Drive Folder and Engineering Notebook SY2526 Form

Hit submit in google classroom.
