The Hub is the central administrative circle of the HCFPC. It is made up of five staff coordinators who collectively steward the FPC’s strategy, operations, and cross-circle coordination. Each coordinator participates in at least one additional HCFPC circle, either as a working partner or in a support role.
The Hub meets weekly to develop work plans, manage budgets, align priorities, and carry out work connected to each coordinator’s role. While each coordinator has a distinct area of focus, the Hub operates collaboratively, sharing responsibilities and supporting one another to weave together our collective efforts bringing about a better, more sustainable and equitable food system here in Hampshire County.
