What is a 3Doodler?
A 3Doodler is a pen that extracts melted plastic out of the nozzle. The 3Doodler can be used to "draw" in mid-air as you watch your 3D creations come to life.
Initial Thoughts
The design of the pen is very sleek and interests me. There are a ton of tutorials online to chose from for inspiration.
This is a picture of the 3D sweater ornaments I created with the pen. I found a template on the 3Doodler website. The website has a ton of cool designs to choose from.
Review
The pen was easy to use and the instructions were pretty self-explanatory. No prior knowledge or training is needed. At first, I had a hard time controlling the speed The 3Doodler is very versatile and the possibilities of what can be made are endless. I would definitely recommend this product.
What's Next
Next, I want to try and create harder designs using the 3Doodler. I would also like to play around more with the different types of plastics that are sold.
