Documentation of IEP Review

All teachers of a student with a disability must review his or her IEP. To document this review, print an IEP-at-a-Glance for each teacher who did not attend the student's IEP team meeting, review this information with them, and have them sign the section of the IEP displayed below. This needs to be completed within the first two weeks of school for a student transitioning from one grade to the next. Once all signatures have been obtained, upload this document to TNPulse.
