I'm happy with my bank - Fair enough. I know how much of a hassle it can be to change banks. We actually used NAME to refinance and they got us a much better deal with the same bank. The bank has no need to offer you the best deal because they already have you as a client! The broker can use the threat of losing you as a client to negotiate a better rate with your own bank.
