Overview
Don't underestimate the power of this script! The goal of this script is to enhance the relationships with clients by providing them with an updated appraisal. The key points are that you are already going to be out in their specific area, that other people are getting an appraisal too, and that they don't have to be selling. It is important to be specific about the street name (not 'in the area') and the day & time that the agent will be there (not 'next week'). As with all scripts, tone and enthusiasm are key to successful delivery.

Hi NAME, it’s NAME calling from AGENCY.
How have you been? That’s great to hear! I know you're likely busy, I won’t keep you long.
The reason for my call today is because I'm scheduled to come out and see one of your neighbours on STREET NAME on DAY and also meeting another neighbour on DAY, while I'm out your way I wanted to check if you'd be interested in an update on your place as well?
I’m not selling! Oh no I don’t blame you! You’re in a lovely spot there. To be honest, your neighbours aren’t sure that they're selling either, they’re just interested in finding out the new value of their home as so much has been changing lately. Would that be of interest to you as well NAME?
Still no - Not a problem at all. In the meantime, we are in the process of sending off our latest SUBURB Market Report, can I pop that one out to you via SMS or is email better?
