What is Kahua? Kahua is Clark's standard collaborative project management system. It is used by our project teams to collaboratively manage Submittals, RFIs, Daily Reports, Correspondence, Meeting Minutes, Change Orders, and general project files. The system is integrated with our in-house financial system (SAP) as well as our Key Performance Indicators "KPI" system to summarize project-level data into executive dashboards.
Do all projects use Kahua? Kahua is Clark's standard project management system and is used by all Clark projects. In the event that a client specifies an alternate system in the contract, exceptions will be made to accommodate the specified system, however the project may still be required to use all or part of the Clark standard system (at no cost to the project) to ensure compliance with Clark's records retention policy.
Which members of the project team use Kahua? In addition to the Clark team, typically the client/owner, architect/engineers/consultants and subcontractors are all active users of the system.
