What is Kahua? What is Kahua? Kahua is a collaborative project management system. It is used by our project teams to collaboratively manage Submittals, RFIs, Daily Reports, Correspondence, Change Orders and general project files.
Which members of the project team use Kahua? In addition to the Clark team and our affiliates, typically the client/owner, architect/engineers/consultants and subcontractors are all active users of the system.
What Apps are shared with all team members? RFIs, Submittals and File Manager - Shared folder.
Do I need a license? Access to apps shared by Clark Construction do not require a license for our external partners: Owners, Architects, Consultants and Subcontractors working on a Clark project.
How do I get a Kahua account? Reach out to the GC Project Team (Clark, Atkinson, etc.) and they will coordinate to get you added to the project, distribution lists and put in the correct Groups (permissions). A Kahua Invitation email from outbox@kahua.com will arrive in your Inbox.
