The Daily Reports module provides a mechanism for the superintendent to create daily records of conditions and activities on the jobsite.
The report captures general notes, weather conditions, subcontractor worker hours and activity descriptions, equipment onsite as well as attachments. Kahua’s automation enables the automatic generation of Daily Reports, based on the previous day’s report as well as the automatic distribution of tasks to subcontractors enabling them to complete and submit their daily reports electronically, eliminating the efforts involved with manually transcribing hardcopy subcontractor daily reports into the superintendent’s overall daily report.
Please contact Clark IT Kahua support for assistance in configuring your project.
Kahua syncs worker totals with KPI every evening.
Tip: If no Labor Units (Worker Hours) are entered then KPI assumes an 8 hour work day was worked. KPI uses JDE as its source for all Clark manhours - only non-Clark Company hours are pulled from Kahua Daily Reports.
