Change Orders ((PCO’s (Potential Change Orders) or Cost Events)) are created when a Change condition is discovered. A change could be due to an owner request, design change, weather or perhaps RFI initiated just to give a few examples.
At Clark, Kahua Change Orders (PCO / Cost Events), Expense - Contracts & Work Breakdown apps are integrated with our SAP accounting system once a project goes thru the SAP/ Kahua Integration setup process (see "Routing Matrix_Approval Limit Setup" doc). Once setup Kahua and SAP integrates normally every 2 hrs, 8 times daily starting at 7am EST and the last run ends at 9pm EST Monday thru Friday (not weekends).
East Coast integration times (EST) are:
2am (exception) 7:00am EST, 9:00am EST, 11:00am EST, 1:00pm EST, 3:00pm EST, 5:00pm EST, 7:00pm EST, 9:00pm EST
Pacific (PAC)integration times are are:
4:00am PAC, 6:00am PAC, 8:00am PAC, 10:00am PAC,12:00am PAC, 2:00pm PAC, 4:00pm PAC, 6:00pm PAC
Change Order Management fields can be pre-populated with repeatable information such as the Expense Change Order Client Signature (Clark PM), Remarks; and Funding Change Orders Client Signature (Owner), etc. thru settings in Configuration.
