CULMINATING PROJECTS
CULMINATING PROJECTS
Ibu Tari Sandjojo
To our dear parents, teachers, and students,
It is with great pleasure that I present our Culminating Projects for Year 9, 10 and 12.
I am delighted to congratulate our talented students on their achievements. Our students have dedicated their time and efforts to develop meaningful, impactful projects that showcase their skills, creativity, and potential.
We also appreciate the support, guidance, and dedication from our parents and teachers that have helped our students achieve such outstanding results. Your unwavering support has been instrumental in the success of these projects and has helped our students to unleash their full potential.
These three projects have been held simultaneously to present the different levels of culminating projects available at Cikal, each of which focuses on different learning aspects.
Our Year 9 Culminating Project, "Meaningful Steps Taken, Impactful Changes Happen," provides our students with an opportunity to apply design thinking principles in creating impactful solutions.
Our Year 10 students have developed an impressive Personal Project Exhibition themed: "Impactful Unleash of Expression," showcasing their innovation and creativity through a variety of mediums.
Our Year 12 students' project, titled "Take Action, Change the World," is a culmination of their learning journey in the International Baccalaureate program, with a focus on scientific writing and research.
I am confident that what our beloved students created will inspire and showcase the limitless potential of young hearts and minds. Once again, I congratulate our students, thank our parents and teachers and wish everyone a wonderful and memorable event.
Sincerely,
Tari Sandjojo, Psi.
Cikal aims to develop students’ competencies through all learning activities and programs. The Personal Project is one of the vehicles for students to demonstrate the development of their competencies and skills they have developed in the Middle School years throughout their learning journey. The personal project allows students to explore areas that motivates and interests them, to foster the development of independence and capacity for lifelong learning. This year, Year 10 students of Sekolah Cikal Lebak Bulus express their personal interests, passions and talents through their Personal Project. The process of completing the project enhances students’ capability to reflect, initiate and collaborate. Now, we came at this stage, to celebrate students’ learning journey. Let’s discover our students’ unique ideas at the Personal Project Exhibition. Please take a look at their original ideas, inquire to learn from their experiences and get inspired by their creativity and innovation.
Warm regards,
Ranny Kartabrata
