MY SMART GOAL
Specific : What am I doing? Why am I doing it?
Every single person that have mental health issue, I want to show the people that is okay don’t need to suffer from mental health, I want to create either poster artikel podcast or others to show the people that are suffering mental health, I want to do this because i feel worried from people suffering mental health
Measurable : How will I know I have succeeded? What are the indicators?
Because at the current state we live in this project will definetly show other that we need to help othrers to make a world a better place
Attainable : How can I make this happen? Is it achievable?
planning, brainstorming of the idea research the main topic find the exact materials to create and build the project.
Relevant : How is the goal relevant to your problem and interest?
Well ever since the pandemic people had been stuck inside for so so long and that makes people to go suffer from mental illness there were many problems such as less movements, eating disorder and even suicide and that caugth my intension i want to stop people having mental illness forever and that why my goal is very relevant.
Time based : When exactly do I want to accomplish my goal?
First i am going to start by finding my goal for the project. Second find a product for the main project (About mental health). Third create the design for the ideas. Fixed the problem in the project and finish the final project.

What is one thing that is currently causing you to stress about your project?
Making the slides for the CP talk cause i have to make a perfect slide and has no words and i have to memorise my words and Finding the information and making it as super detailed as possible
