My chosen cp product is a short video about raising awareness about air pollution, this video is educational and is aimed at a young audience (7-9 years of age)
MY SMART GOAL
Specific : I am making a short video about raising awareness about air pollution, the reason I am doing this is because air pollution is a major world problem that isnt often talked about to the younger generations.
Measurable : In the video I posted, I attached a link to a google form for feedback about the video.
Attainable : How can I make this happen? Is it achievable?
Step 1: Have an idea on my product
Step 2: Look for mentors and experts who can help me
Step 3: Find a app or program that can help me create a video (like OBS or iMovie)
Step 4: Create the product
Relevant : Air pollution is a global issue and affects all living beings on earth, and in my CP project I wanted to do something about it rather than being a victim of it.
Time based : I want to finish my product around Term 3-4
How do you gain empathy for your users? I can gain their empathy by explaining to them the effects of air pollution.
What was your process when identifying your users? My goal was to educate people about air pollution, and since air pollution isn't really talked about to the younger generations of people, I chose them as my audience
How challenging has it been to get in touch with your users? Or to decide which users to contact? It was not that challenging since I gave them the link to my video.
What is one unique insight that you learned from speaking to your users? I realized that the younger audience cannot really grasp the information from the video unless it is entertaining.
Did your interviews change your perspective on the challenge? Yes, I tried to make the video entertaining for the younger audiene.

What is one thing that is currently causing you to stress about your project? I am afraid that my video is not good or entertaining enough for my audience.
Tell your testing phase and include your survey result
For the testing phase, I sent out a form to 30 people about my project and my idea. The feedback came back mostly positive, however, there was important feedback in the forms. One of the feedback told me that the video should be entertaining since my target audience is young people.
What improvement did you make based on your testing survey? I decided to make the video entertaining.
What are the challenges in creating your prototype? Finding the elements that make a video entertaining to my audience was quite challenging
