Every year our students enjoy success in competitions, qualifications and progression to higher level courses. Here are some of the recent highlights.

This year has been a difficult year for both staff and students but the quality of work and the high levels of achievement and progression onto HE and into industry show that learners and teachers have carried on working hard and ensuring that Lewes College is able to continue providing the very best outcomes for our students.

Here is a flavour of just some of the things made in a year when we have won an unprecedented three prizes for the Royal Opera House Challenge, had a student named as Landscape Photographer of the Year (and had another shortlisted), had a full scholarship given to the Royal College of Music, exhibited work at Brighton Library during the Festival, working on a live project to build a new building for Lewes with Human Nature, Culture Shift and the Royal Society of Engineers, are working with a TV company to help film live coverage and interviews during the UEFA Euros football competition, worked with SEND schools to produce VR tours of work environments for their students to experience using headsets, and worked in partnership with Phileas Fogg World of Adventures to produce makeup, costume and act in a pantomime for schools
