You don’t want to make your FINAL payment until AFTER you’ve purchased trip insurance (IF you want to purchase trip insurance…it’s optional, but trip insurance won’t open up until early October, and we will send full information about it once it is open for you). The thing to know about Trip Insurance now is that you have to purchase it BEFORE making your final payment.
YOU MUST MAKE AT LEAST A FIRST DEPOSIT BY SEPTEMBER 26th, 2025 to guarantee a spot on the trip. After that date, we cannot guarantee that there will be an open spot if you haven't made ANY deposit.

The Class of 2026 is coordinating their Senior Class Trip to Disney World/Universal in March of 2026. This is a culminating event every year for our senior class and we want to give every student the opportunity to attend. It is our desire to give families payment flexibility through multiple opportunities to space out payments and not be burdened by paying a lot at once.
We are now at our latest optional deposit window from 9/30/24 to 10/18/24.
Optional Deposits of $300 (no less and no more – we will only accept exact amounts of $300.00 at this point) can be made through 2 methods:
1. The Payschools payment system https://payschoolscentral.com/ listed as East - Senior Trip 2026 Optional Deposit #4
2. Check/cash, made out to Cherry Hill East. $300.00 Cash and Checks ONLY accepted between October 7th, 2024 and October 18th, 2024 (make check out to "Cherry Hill East" and put student's first & last name and Class Year in the memo section)
PLEASE NOTE: we will not be able to accept any optional $300.00 deposits from the Class of 2026 after OCTOBER 18, 2024. The reason for this is because we are starting payments for the Class of 2027 right after this, and we have a designated payment window for each class that cannot overlap.
All deposits will be kept on file and are fully refundable until September 2025.

Dear Class of 2026-
We will soon begin collecting deposits for the Class of 2026 Senior Class Trip to Disney World, which is tentatively scheduled for March 2026. Over 300 seniors just returned from a wonderful 5 days in Florida with over 98% saying they enjoyed their experience!
We want to give families every opportunity to space out payments and not be burdened by paying a lot at once. This deposit is still optional. All deposits will be kept on file and are fully refundable until September 2025. For reference, next year’s trip is $1870.
This is the 3rd optional collection window. There will be a final optional collection date in the Fall.
Optional Deposits of $300 can be made through 2 methods:

o Listed as East - Senior Trip 2026 Optional Deposit #3. The window for this payment method will open April 8th, 2024 and remain open until May 3rd, 2024.

The Senior Class Trip consists of 5 days and 4 nights at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The cost includes admission to all theme parks, hotel, food vouchers, travel, and transportation. We try our best to make this as much of an all-inclusive cost as possible. However, the total cost of the trip will not be finalized until Spring 2025.
We sincerely hope that many of you will choose to attend the Senior Trip. We guarantee it will be an experience of a lifetime and one of the best memories of your high school career!

Dear Class of 2026,
We will soon begin collecting deposits for the Class of 2026 Senior Class Trip to Disney World, which is tentatively scheduled for March 2026. Our current Seniors are about to embark on an awesome 5 days in Florida for their class trip and we want all our students to have this opportunity.
Why would we collect this early for a trip over three years away? Well for starters, the trip is getting expensive. With prices going up on airfare, tickets, food, etc. every year, we want to give families every opportunity to space out payments and not be burdened by paying a lot at once. This deposit is optional. All deposits will be kept on file and are fully refundable until September 2025.
We will continue to hold collection dates throughout their high school career – once each fall and spring. Following the optional deposit schedule, the amount remaining when we get to mandatory deposits in the spring of 2025 will be minimal.
Optional Deposits of $300 can be made through 2 methods:

Please ONLY deposit $300, not more or less. Please hand in these checks in the Activities Office.
