Thursday, May 16th - Last Day to PURCHASE SENIOR PROM TICKETS (ROOM C220 during Lunch Breaks - $100 cash or check made out to "CH East Class of 2024" - include completed and signed Prom Pledge - Page 6 of the Mandatory Meeting Info Packet below)
Monday, June 3rd - Last Day to PURCHASE BALLOONS for your Graduate from the PTA (Page 9 of the Mandatory Meeting Info Packet below)
Wednesday, June 5th - Last Day to order ACCESSIBLE GRAD SEATING TICKETS for people with disabilities (Order Accessible Seating Here)
Monday, June 10th & Wednesday June 12th (East AUD at 12:15pm) - Grad Rehearsals (Last Names: A-K Monday and L-Z Wednesday)
Wednesday June 12th (Library Annex) - Last Names A-Z Pick Up Cap & Gown at 11:45am; Last Names L-Z Pick Up Cap & Gown after rehearsal 2:45pm
Thursday, June 13th - Last Day to purchase Project Graduation Tickets ($20 cash) from the PTA (at the Final Grad Rehearsal)
East AUD 8:15am - Final Mandatory Grad Rehearsal for ALL GRADS and Pick Up Grad Vouchers (Tix) and Balloons
Elementary School 10:30am - Senior Clap Out at your Elementary School
Friday, June 14th - GRADUATION DAY - students report to East at 12:45pm to take buses to the Liacouras Center
4:00pm Graduation at the Liacouras Center (Families/Friends will be let into the building starting at 3:00pm)
10:00pm Project Graduation at Cherry Hill East (only for students who purchased tickets - no tickets sold at the door)

Prior to graduation, the entire class will be seated for a group photo. It is a wonderful moment,
capturing the entire class all dressed in their caps and gowns and together for the last time.

The cost of the photo is $15.00 and benefits general student activities at East
**Please note that the photos you order will be mailed out in mid-August of 2024,
so make sure to use the mailing address where you will be in August**

Caps and Gowns for Graduation
have ALL been ordered (as of 2/16/24)
based on measurements that were all submitted through Genesis.
**You cannot wear an older sibling's cap & gown
because they are different this year than any other previous year**

$35.00 Payment to be made through PAYSCHOOLS. It's listed as:
"CAP & GOWN 2024"
If you'd like to pay outside of PaySchools, you can:
*Pay by $35 Check (made out to "Cherry Hill East)
*Pay $35 Cash
*Pay $35 Money Order
***Drop off any payments to Ms. Barr in A015 (Activities - across from the nurses' office & behind the Main Entrance).
The final deadline for this payment is FRIDAY, April 12th, 2024***

**Please make sure you pay by Debit/Credit on payschools to avoid a $1.95 service fee (ACH Direct Deposit will charge you $1.95, but Debit/Credit will charge you a 4% fee. So, it's better to use Debit/Credit for smaller payments, and ACH for larger payments)
***If you prefer to pay by physical check or cash, you can drop that off at the Main Entrance between 7am-2:30pm Mondays - Fridays. MAKE CHECKS OUT TO "Cherry Hill East" and put your student's first/last name and "2024 Cap & Gown" in the MEMO.
