We have some great news for the Class of 2025. We already have the dates and price set for next year's Senior Class trip! Usually, we have to wait until May to release this information but, since we already have everything established, we are letting you know now. We will be travelling, pending BOE approval, March 13-17, 2025. Save the dates now!

Now I know you may be wondering, what's the great news? The cost of the trip will be the same as this year, with no price increase! In this day and age when it seems like everything is more expensive, it is welcome news from our travel provider.

We are going to open up, within the next few weeks, the ability for you to start (or continue) making payments. Hopefully, this will give you the ability to space out payments more, if needed.

Already over 100 juniors have deposited for next year's trip and we have a little over 300 seniors going on this year's trip. It really is an experience they will remember for a lifetime!

Dear Class of 2025-

We will soon begin collecting deposits for the Class of 2025 Senior Class Trip to Disney World, which is tentatively scheduled for March 2025. Our seniors just returned from a wonderful 5 days in Florida with over 97% saying they enjoyed their experience!

Why would we collect this early for a trip over two years away? Well for starters, the trip is getting expensive. With prices going up on airfare, tickets, food, etc. every year, we want to give families every opportunity to space out payments and not be burdened by paying a lot at once. This deposit is still optional. All deposits will be kept on file and are fully refundable until September 2024. For reference, next year’s trip is anticipated to be over $1860.

This is the 3rd optional collection window. There will be a final optional collection date in the Fall.

Optional Deposit of $300 can be made through 2 methods:

1. The Payschools payment system: https://payschoolscentral.com/ listed as East - Senior Trip 2025 Optional Deposit #3.

   • The window for this payment method will open today (March 31st) and remain open until April 24th. There is a fee for using this service. Please pay by ACH/e-check, not debit/credit card, to minimize that fee.

2. Check/cash, made out to Cherry Hill East. 

   • Checks will ONLY accepted between April 10th, 2023 and April 24th, 2023 (make check out to "Cherry Hill East" and put student's first & last name and Class Year in the memo section). Please ONLY deposit $300. Please hand in these checks in the Activities Office.

The Senior Class Trip consists of 5 days and 4 nights at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The cost includes admission to all theme parks, hotel, food vouchers, travel and transportation. We try our best to make this as much of an all-inclusive cost as possible. However, the total cost of the trip will not be finalized until Spring 2024.

We will be collecting deposits this spring from May 2nd- May 13th, 2022. If making an optional deposit, we ask for a minimum of $300. Deposits can be made either through the Payschools payment system https://payschoolscentral.com/ or via check, made out to Cherry Hill East. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All deposits will be kept on file and are fully refundable until September 2024.
