We celebrate Shavuot by decorating with greens and fresh flowers, reminding us of the spring harvest and the ancient ritual of bringing the first fruits to the Temple.
We also celebrate Moses receiving the Ten Commandments on Mount Sinai.
We made Jingle Flowers to help us remember to do mitzvot (acts of loving kindness) always.
Preparing for Shavuot was a good time to discuss the ways we can be kinder to each other.
