Getting ready for Passover was so much fun! We all learned to sing the four questions, and other Passover songs. We each made our own Haggadah and also a pillow to use for reclining during a seder. We tied lots of knots, stuffed the pillow so it was soft and squishy, and then traced, cut out, and placed the Hebrew letters to make the words Pesach Sameach (Happy Passover).
We practiced all the things we had learned about Passover by having a class seder. We tasted parsley dipped in saltwater, drank grape juice, ate potato chips, and enjoyed matzah, too. We sang all the songs, and told the story. The children hid the afikomen and even got a prize to give it back. Everyone had a wonderful time!
