ES3 Team Leaders

Each ES3 grant site has two imperative leaders of the work.  The internal coach role is typically a teacher-level employee who either currently provides regular coaching meetings with individuals or teams or will be given time to do regular coaching meetings with individuals or teams.  The district coordinator is a district level employee that oversees the procedures and policies affected by the work.
