Goals
2022-2023: Decrease year-to-date chronic absenteeism for students with disabilities.
2023-2024: Decrease chronic absenteeism for students with disabilities in TK-1, 7th, and 9th by 10% by June 2024.
Strategies
Improve self-esteem in students with disabilities
Promoting clarity in policies and procedures
Strengthening communication by promptly contacting parents/families when students with disabilities are absent and increasing positive interactions between schools and the families they serve
