Cancellation requests can be done only when Shipment Details or Tracking Number is not yet assigned to the order. When your order is assigned with a Tracking Number, the cancellation can no longer be made. Customers must wait for the package to arrive and follow our Return Policy.

Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by the customer, except for unforeseen faulty service. Customers shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the unit during return shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
