Take Attendance in a Live Room

Campuwire can automatically take attendance for lectures and discussion sessions. To make sure this feature works properly, you will need to make sure that the attendance feature is turned on in settings → feature preferences

You will also need to make sure that each session you want to take attendance for is listed in the calendar so Campuswire knows which class/discussion section instance to take attendance for.

Step by step instructions to invite students to take attendance:

1.Within the live room, click on the Take attendance button on the top of the screen

2. From the dropdown menu, select which calendar event you are taking attendance for. 

3. Once selected, attendance will be automatically taken based on who was in the live room at the time the attendance button was clicked.

The attendance button should read Attendance taken once complete
