Create a Group DM

You can directly message a group of people by creating a group DM. This is the best way to reach a group of people on Campuswire at once. 

Step by step instructions to create a group DM:

1. Click on the DMs tab on the left side of your screen

2.Once you are on your DMs page, click on the circle with the plus sign at the top of the screen, and select Group chat

3. You will be prompted to add the members of your group chat. Start typing a name in the search bar. When you see the correct person pop up, click invite on the right hand side. Continue to add and invite everyone you want to the group chat. 

4. Once you’ve added everyone to the group, click create group on the bottom right hand corner.

5. Your Group DM has now been created! You can now send messages to everyone you selected in a group chat. You can see who is in the group by seeing who is listed in the Group members section on the right.
